Try a fictional file

Reorder pages in a PDF.

These small practice files are generated locally from fictional data. Download one, then select it yourself in the existing tool. Nothing is selected, run, cleared or replaced automatically. Processing stays in your browser; loading this page and its practice files still requests site assets.

Download practice file (sample.pdf)

What to do

Select sample.pdf only. Enter page order 1:2,1:1 and run. Download the new PDF.

How to read the result

Expect 2 pages in reverse order: 200 × 300 then 300 × 200 points. Check the actual file. Forms, links or signatures may not survive; this is not redaction.

Keep your original. Open the downloaded result and check it before sharing. If your browser cannot process this format, use this walkthrough; no result is guaranteed.

Quick answer

Merge selected PDF files or create a new PDF from page references in the order you provide. The result is generated and downloaded in this browser.

The page and its assets load from the site; this operation uses your entered values only in this browser and does not send them to a calculation endpoint.

How to use it

Select PDFs in the order that file numbers should refer to. Leave page order blank to join every page in that order; otherwise enter references such as 1:3, 1:1-2, 2:1. This example makes page 3 of file 1, then pages 1–2 of file 1, then page 1 of file 2. Page numbers start at 1.

Limits

The combined input is limited to 25 MB and 500 pages. Encrypted, password-protected, damaged, or unsupported PDFs are not processed. The tool copies page content; it may not preserve every document-level feature such as outlines, forms, or signatures.

Frequently asked questions

Are files uploaded to a server?

The selected files are read and processed in this browser after the page loads; this tool does not upload them.

How do I specify the page order?

File and page numbers start at 1. For example, 1:3, 1:1-2, 2:1 places page 3 from the first file, its pages 1–2, then page 1 from the second file.

Will signatures and form fields remain valid?

Not necessarily. The tool copies page content into a new document; document-level features such as signatures, forms, outlines, or attachments may not be preserved.

Can I process a password-protected PDF?

No. Encrypted or protected PDFs are not supported. Only remove protection from files you are authorized to modify.
