Guided walkthrough

Draw integers from an inclusive range.

  1. Enter minimum 1, maximum 10, and count 3. Choose whether repeats are allowed.
  2. Only when ready, use the tool’s generate button to create fresh, unpredictable values. Check the chosen options and keep any real secret private.

Illustrative example

With no repeats enabled, expect three different integers between 1 and 10 inclusive; the actual values vary.

How to read the result

Without repeats, the count cannot exceed the range size. With repeats allowed, duplicates are valid. Random selection alone does not establish fairness or suitability for regulated draws.

Quick answer

Generate the requested number of cryptographically random whole numbers between the minimum and maximum, including both endpoints. You can allow duplicates or avoid repeats.

The page and its assets load from the site; this operation uses your entered values only in this browser and does not send them to a calculation endpoint.

How to use it

Enter the minimum and maximum whole numbers and how many values to generate. Both endpoints are included. Select “No repeated values” to draw without replacement; the requested count must then fit inside the range. Otherwise duplicate values can occur.

Limits

Generate 1 to 1,000 values. The selected range can contain at most 2^32 possible integers; when avoiding repeats, the count cannot exceed the range size.

Frequently asked questions

Can the same integer appear more than once?

Yes, if “No repeated values” is unchecked. Select it to draw without replacement; the requested count must not exceed the size of the inclusive range.

Are the minimum and maximum included?

Yes. Both endpoints are possible results.
